All complaints are received in the factory & deputation of engineers is arranged according to the urgency.
The feedback received from customers is analyzed & inputs are used for improvements in the product.
Customers training are arranged at Factory on request to educate their Engineers on proper use & maintenance aspects since this product is very sensitive and any abuse will result in failure.
KPT has entered into AMC (Annual maintenance contacts) with few customers & this has resulted in enhancement in performance & life of Blowers .
KPT also encourage customers to keep minimum spares for 2 years operation. This saves lot of time in arranging spares & there by reducing down time.
KPT intends to station in near future service personnel at major locations in North, South & East to attend to customers in the respective area.
KPT will stock critical spares at these locations.
