Standard Warranty
If your product becomes defective due to faulty material or workmanship within six months from the date of purchase, we undertake to repair the product free of charge, provided -
The product is to be returned at the purchaser's cost to a KPT Service Center or our Authorized Dealer operated Service Centre or Directly to Service Department at factory with proof of purchase date and warranty card
The product has been purchased by the user and not used for hire or commercial purpose.
The product has not been misused or has not been carelessly handled or willfully damaged or damaged due to an accident.
The product has been operated or maintained in accordance with the instructions in the maintenance manual.
Repairs have not been attempted by persons other than our service staff.
This warranty does not include consumable items like Carbon Brush etc. and parts used for other purposes.
